For smaller works we can often start within two to three weeks. Larger construction and mechanical projects typically need six to ten weeks' notice for planning, procurement and programming.
Every quotation is itemised by labour, materials, plant and preliminaries so you can see exactly where your money goes. We work on fixed-price contracts wherever the scope allows.
Only if you change the scope or if genuine unforeseen conditions are uncovered — for example hidden structural defects. In both cases we stop, explain the position and issue a written variation for your approval before proceeding.
For most projects we agree a staged payment schedule tied to milestones. We never ask for the full amount up front, and payment terms are set out clearly in your contract.
